Gray. Brown to dark gray dubbing. Gray CDC fibers slightly longer than the body. Sparse dun rooster hackle. |

Choppy riffles with a substrate of cobble and small boulders provide ideal habitat for saddle-case caddis larvae. Careful observation is needed to determine if you should fish larva, pupa, or adult patterns, but matching them correctly can produce some excellent results.
