Scud, 12-20. This is a #14.
8/0 Copper 3/32 6-10 strands of marabou, clipped from the stem and twisted together lightly to form a rope. Then wrap up the body to the 2/3 point. Ice Dub or BPS Diamond Dub. 2-3 turns of a partridge feather stripped on one side and tied in by the tip. Copper wire. I added a couple of turns on the bend to weight the back end down a bit. Peacock herl. |

Tying Instructions:
Be careful to work the wire around the barbules so as to not trap too many. You want the body to look as buggy as possible. |
