Tying Instructions:
Tie in a short tail and then twist the marabou into a "rope". Advance the marabou up the hook and tie off behind the eyes. Advance the rib and tie off. Tie in the "wing", then make another rope and wind around the eyes in an "X" pattern. Tie off.
